網(wǎng)架安裝 Grid installation

1、安裝前準備工作 Preparation before installation

檢查網(wǎng)架支座軸線與標高、檢查支座混凝土強度、搭設滿堂紅腳手架并檢查各支點的位置與標高、用千斤頂調(diào)整臨時支點的網(wǎng)架高度。網(wǎng)架支座軸線以及標高設計要嚴格按照有關標準規(guī)定進行，嚴禁隨意進行；對于混凝土強度，必須符合設計要求與國家現(xiàn)行標準；搭設的腳手架要詳細布置臨時支點，經(jīng)過計算準確得出臨時支點的位置和數(shù)量；臨時支點的網(wǎng)架高度必須使用千斤頂嚴格調(diào)整。

 2、安裝工藝流程 Installation process

（1）具體安裝步驟安裝底部弦桿和底部弦球：每個安裝球都編號，根據(jù)固定的底部球數(shù)的數(shù)量確定連接后的底部和弦，與對角線尺寸測量和其他結束的水平，右后焊接。

下弦桿與下弦球的安裝：施工前，將每一個安裝球?qū)粋€編號，施工的過程中可以根據(jù)編號對下弦球進行固定以確定中心，然后將下弦球連接下弦桿，測量方式為對角尺寸測量，而且應與另一頭作為基準，確定之后方可進行點焊。
